The previous owner’s house -dated back to the middle of the previous century- is now a renovated, minimal, elegant space. Just like a small village square, its courtyard will be a meeting point, from early in the morning to late at night. Our dishes will be based on local produce and recipes that include the finest herbs of Skyros’ land. A spot very close to the seaside, will give you the opportunity to enjoy your Greek breakfast, your drinks and meals throughout the day, accompanied by the sun and the sea.
